Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Traffic Coordinator staff, full and part-time.
- Set up Advertisers and Input traffic instructions for our advertisers into Marketron Visual Traffic and help transition to Wide Orbit Omni Traffic.
- Enter cart numbers & names provided by Group Creative Director.
- Ensure all dates are accurate with Time Orders.
- Prepare daily Logs and add carts prior to export to Wide Orbit– as needed.
- Work with Music departments on adjusting or revising standard logs.
- Working with Sales and Accounting departments. Issuing campaign affidavit, as needed, for clients.
- Managing revisions and missing instructions for assigned advertisers and communicating with the Sales department regarding the status of any issues.
- Facilitate orders to Whiteoaks’ digital platforms.
- Catalog and schedule paid content as requested by clients.
- Receive and implement commercial instructions with accuracy.
- Perform recon and reporting tasks as directed.
- Upon expiration of orders, archive under Whiteoaks guidelines.
- Provide directions and assistance to other traffic team members when required.
- Establish familiarity with on air content and Whiteoaks’ properties.

- Working hybrid, with access to your own internet connection. Laptop provided.
Qualifications:
• The applicant must possess strong organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based and constantly changing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant radio experience, (2 years as a manager or supervisor level would be an asset).
• Knowledge of radio & digital (streaming/podcast) sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft based Office 365 programs.
• Excel in a multi-deadline environment with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• A positive manner and customer service approach to working with our team.
• Working extra hours when required.
